Austin Police Department - Bob Atchison's Lupoli Lie

 

Update.

The lies, schemes, and harm Bob Atchison of the Alexander Palace Time Machine Website caused Oma Hamou nee' McConnell. 

Enigma Films, a Motion Picture Company that I formed in 2000 had hired Bob Atchison's web design company to design Enigma's website(s) of which Enigma paid $4000. This included the design of the websites as well as hosting those sites on Pallasart's servers. The payment was made in the amount. Enigma hired Pallasart, to take its existing historical images of the Alexander Palace, zoom in to various points inside the photo. This was asked of Enigma as we wanted to make certain the restoration of certain rooms that Enigma wanted to film inside was accurate to the era. Pallasart provided Enigma with an invoice in the amount of $6000 of which Enigma paid. Now, these Zoom images as well as the contents of the various websites Pallasart had been paid to create for Enigma Films as well as its personal property it shared with Pallasart's CEO, Bob Atchison.

In the end, were never returned. Not a CD that contained the images and or websites (2) as well as its personal business property. Instead, Pallasart placed the Zoom images Enigma had paid onto its own company's website with respect to Russian History called the Alexander Palace Time Machine. And yes, Enigma has receipts of payment being made to Pallasart as well communications between Pallasart and Enigma. 

Bob Atchison did not introduce me to any person within the then Russian Government with respect to the Alexander Palace or to  His Grace Markell, Bishop of Petergof, Vicar of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg who when I met him was the Chief Priest of the Fedorovsky Cathedral. 

I sent a letter to Dr. Ivan Petrovich Sautov who was then the Director of the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum-Preserve and he responded. We communicated by way of email and phone conversations always with a professional translator organization who provided this kind of service. Enigma has those invoices of which documents these various calls to both then Father Markell and Dr. Ivan Petrovich Sautov. 

When I traveled to Russia in the winter of 2001, I never told Bob Atchison because I was told that he lied to me about having had his friend go to both the palace and the Cathedral and speak with them about Enigma's projects. Father Markell knew nothing about this alleged person and neither did Dr. Sautov of the latter tell me that Bob and his friend were trying to con me out of money and not to send any money to Bob Atchison for his friend. 

I traveled to Russia without telling Bob that I was going later I received an email from Bob about some person from Kalamazoo, Michigan who was in Russia. I responded with the bottom portion of the below email and Bob responded with the top part. I do want to stress to you the reader to pay attention to his referral that I had been put in prison in Russia.  I need you to know that while I was living in Russia, Bob Atchison, sent numerous communications to the Russian Government and told them several lies one of them was that I was a then fugitive from America and that he this ordinary person who does not work for the US Government or the Russian Government, neither does his husband, Rob Moshein, that he knew Enigma had no projects. It was all a scam. 

Here I am working sometimes up to 17 hours a day while I was living in Russia, paying for works commissioned by Enigma for that project, works that were being done and these two creeps from Austin, Texas said that each of them knew Enigma had no projects. Just unbelievable. 

When I got to Russia I discovered that almost everything that I had been told by Bob that he had done for the Alexander Palace or the Fedorovsky Cathedral was a lie. His website was a site where he promoted how great he was when in reality he was not great and had not done XYZ. I learned from Dr. Sautov, that despite the claim made by Bob Atchison that the Museum did not receive any money from him or his company for the Alexander Palace. He confirmed what Bob Atchison had told me and that is that Dr. Sautov hated him and would not permit him as long as he was alive to ever step inside of the Alexander Palace. Bob had falsely accused him of having stolen $100,000 and when he traveled to Russia with the World Monuments Fund that he had caused so many problems between the WMF and the Palace, he meddled into the two companies business affairs as if it was his legal right to do and I was told he would do the same to Enigma. 

When I was in Russia, I defended Bob Atchison at a meeting in his office, many people were sitting around his conference table, he slammed his fist down on the table, cursed the name of Bob Atchison, said he would never work with any person or organization that included him on any project. He spoke on behalf of his Government. He later told me that Bob Atchison was a thief, a liar, and a con artist. He wanted to prove this point when he told me to tell Bob that Dr. Sautov would mention his company online if he and his members (Alexander Palace Association) would donate $5.00 (Five American Dollars) now this should have been simple, right? 

I received an email from Bob Atchison while I was living in Russia that every member of that web club of his said that they couldn't send it because they were having financial difficulties. When I told Dr. Sautov this he shook his head and said no, this is not true. He told me not to trust any person Bob Atchison sent my way as if he knew those people were connected to Bob, he would terminate any contract with Enigma. He also said, do not trust any person he sends as it will be a con. He said that Bob Atchison had told people both in the states and in Russia not to trust me. Bob Atchison was to that point pretending to be my very best friend in the emails he sent to me. 

While I was living in Russia, Bob Atchison had sent numerous communications to Russia as if he was this big shot who worked for the US Government and he was neither, he just pretended, he told the Russians, that I was a then fugitive from America and that he this web person knew to be a fact that Enigma had no projects. Here I was working my butt off in Russia, paying for works Enigma commissioned to film at the actual location where the story of my film took place and this schmuck was saying he knew there was no project. He told the government where I was living and gave my cell number and my usual routine and I was picked up and questioned. I was living in a foreign country by myself and I didn't lie, I told the truth, it was investigated and determined that I was telling the truth and Bob Atchison wasn't. Bob Atchison's communications to Russia were intended to cause the Russians to arrest me and to harm me and he had cooked this plan as early as the above-forementioned letter. 

When I returned to the US, Bob Atchison's now-husband, who is a member of the California Bar Association, Robert M. Moshein, published on the City of Pushkin's website, demands, even my US social security number under an online persona he created in the name of Gilbert McDuff. He demanded just as his husband, Bob Atchison did, that this foreign government harm me. Both he and Bob would embark on a letter-writing campaign of which is documented in the civil suit, Bob Atchison v. Oma Hamou & Enigma, Sarskaia, Oma Hamou Counterclaims against Bob Atchison, Pallasart Web Ventures, and Rob Moshien in Case No: GN-03-003141.

Prior to the above-stated lawsuit, Enigma sued Bob Atchison and his web design company in Santa Monica, California for defamation and other causes of action. We hired an attorney and Bob agreed to stop lying about Enigma Films and myself but he never had any intention of ever letting of lying, interfering, and such. The letter regarding this lawsuit is also an Exhibit in the above-aforementioned case.

This provides a little background on my history with Bob Atchison as I now fast forward to the year 2003. Enigma Films' projects were appearing in the Russian press and on its television. Enigma's projects were registered with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, we were discussing insurance with the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency ( MIGA) of the World Bank, and had obtained additional insurance with respect to the film project. Bob Atchison was jealous short and simple. He filed a civil lawsuit, never expecting me to fight him, he just expected to win by default. He filed a lawsuit and on the application of his lawsuit states it asks is this a Fraud case or a Breach of Contract, he checked in his own had, the box Breach of Contract. This small act would years later become important. Bob Atchison had to place an ad that said he needed legal representation in exchange for his web design company would create, host a website for the attorney. 

 

In 2004, my path crossed with John and Patricia Lupoli. I was told by these two people that John Lupoli was President of a religious organization that was recognized by the US DoD, DoJ, and the US Veterans Administration. That his company was provided with an NGO status that is a Non-Governmental Organization and was accredited by the United Nations Economic and Social Council and had been granted Consultative Status in Category II. 

Mr. Lupoli said based on the continued acts and harassment by both Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein that I should consider an NGO status for Sarskaia as we wanted to do more for the historical monuments Enigma was involved in within Russia. For example, the use of fuel cells and Enigma had obtained an attorney back East and all of this is documented between the Attorney and Enigma Films. He also suggested that I think about incorporating both Enigma and Sarskaia in Nevada. 

I received a phone call from Mr. Lupoli on June 10, 2004, Mr. Lupoli said that he had arranged for me to meet with representatives at the UN on September 7,8 & 9, 2004. The original email is not blurred out nor is the information on the 3 different invoices as it is a part of the court record in Case No: GN-03-003141. (New Trial)

 Four days later his wife presented Enigma Films with the following three invoices.

I found out because I called the UN to confirm the meeting on September 7,8 &9, 2004, and was told that no such meeting existed. I then called the state of Nevada and found out that the corporations were not established and not even the reservation of the names so that it could be incorporate. I was being scammed and I was not happy. I refused to pay the above invoices telling Patricia Lupoli that she was lying through her teeth as her company had done no work for Enigma as such I was not going to pay anything. This made her very mad and I didn't care, I thought by that time that she was nothing but a con artist and I didn't want to be a part of her and or of her company. She was stewing, she wanted revenge, and hey, why would I or any person pay someone who didn't do what they said? You just wouldn't. She saw in me as did Bob Atchison as an easy mark and didn't expect me to verify anything, that I would just believe. I didn't. 

On June 17, 2004, a little past midnight, in her fury, she sends to Bob Atchison an email of which he then wrote back and said how do I reach you. She told him that her company, a church had been basically ripped of by me to the tune of over $20,000.

Patricia Lupoli did provide him with her cell number of 949 number. Bob Atchison stood inside of the Fedorovsky Cathedral in Pushkin where I was baptized and told the lie that I had told him that Father Markell had raped me. He pushed out a tear so I am told to give that extra effect of sincerity. In his mind, He felt that he needed to protect any Church from me as if God himself had appointed this creep to this to me. I don't think the man slept at all that night after having received Patricia's lying email. He was so angry, so like he wanted revenge, he hated me more than any human being could ever be hated. He sat behind his computer screen and concocted a scheme that is now going to be his undoing. 

Please bear with me as I fast forward to last year, 2020, I wanted to obtain all the police reports wherein Bob Atchison and or someone connected to him had provided any kind of statement about me. I didn't expect to get what I did from the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas as in 2004, my then attorney had been provided with a two-page press release with respect to Bob Atchison's Lupoli Lie and hey, I just thought that was all to it. It wasn't. Bob Atchison orchestrated and or influenced a series of acts that happened in my life that never would have happened had he just not done any of what he did do. The Austin Police Report devastated me, I fell to my knees, crying, then found myself in a fetal position, crying as my life would have been so much different had this one man not did what he did. His lies and numerous deceptions altered my life and he knowingly and willingly did it because I had accomplished something in Russia that neither he nor his web design company did. 

The Austin Police Report 6-17-2004, from within his home in Austin, Texas, and place of business Pallasart Web Ventures, Bob Atchison, placed a telephone call to the local 911 operator and said that he had received a call from a man by the name of John Lupoli who told him that I had tried to hire him to kill Bob. 

Bob Atchison made his Lupoli Lie a part of his civil lawsuit against me with the intent that if he told the court this lie that the court would automatically dismiss Enigma's counterclaims and the police would lock me up. He thought of a way to get rid of both Enigma's lawsuits, he wins by default and I get put in jail for a crime I never committed. because he made the Lupoli Lie a part of our civil case he was forced by the court to turn over his phone records. 

Let's take a look at his phone records:

He began to call Patricia Lupoli as early as 10:20 am that same day and did not get an answer. He kept calling up to 11:43 am on 6-17-2004. It is from this point he places a 911 call to the Austin Police Department and lies and tells the dispatcher that he had just received a call from John Lupoli. Now let's take a look at his INCOMING CALLS on 6-17-2004:

As his phone records show Mr. Lupoli did not call his home on 6-17-2004. Mr. Lupoli never knew the contents of the 6-17-2004 until this year. Bob Atchison had only one phone number and that phone number is listed within the 6-17-2004 Austin Police Department's Report. 

Bob Atchison says that I lived as a roommate with him and his now-husband, Rob Moshein up to him contacting the 911 operator. The FBI has information that I have never lived with Bob Atchison either prior to this date and or thereafter. I lived in Russia and I lived in Northridge, California of which is a well-documented fact. 

He told the Austin Police Department that he did work for Enigma's movie production (Nicholas II). Yet in 2005, it would be falsely represented to the District Court in Travis County, he had done work for me personally for me and that there had been two different lawsuits filed in Texas. His entire lawsuit was a mechanism to defraud the courts and to use the court to punish and silence me.

This is a true copy of the original invoice sent by Pallasart to Enigma. Years later Bob Atchison would create a new invoice that contained the same words and included purported emails while falsely representing when he filed his Breach of Contract lawsuit the invoice he attached was a true copy of what had been sent to me. He named the wrong defendant and the wrong plaintiff and this was very concerning to the Judge in 2005.

He goes on to tell the Austin Police Officer several more lies that I had never paid him and that I was trying to scam him so he broke his contract with Enigma and I moved out of his home back to California. 

I never lived with the monster or his now-husband. Any person who came to his residence and place of business who either worked as an independent contractor and or a friend will tell you I didn't live there. As to him not being paid, that is another like as Enigma paid to him in excess of $10,000 and we have the receipts to prove yet he looks the cop in the eye and tells him another lie. John Lupoli never called his home yet he looked the cop in the eye and told this lie. Most of us who tell even the smallest lie like giving a false name, we would get into trouble yet here is Bob Atchison's big lies not only to law enforcement but to the court and to date, he has not been held accountable. 

In the above statement to the Austin Police, Bob Atchison, contradicts himself, he now says that Mr. Lupoli said that I had offered Mr. Lupoli an undisclosed amount to come to Austin to take care of him in what he understood it to mean was wanting to have him killed. Wait, a second, he told the 911 dispatcher and the same cop when he came to his home that John had specifically said that I had tried to get him to kill Bob and now he is changing his tune. Bob Atchison forgot what he had told the officer and the dispatcher. 

 The above phone number is the same number sent by Patricia Lupoli to Bob Atchison on 6-17-2004. 

Bob Atchison on 6-18-2004, told lies about my friend Mike Newson having told him something that he didn't. None of us including my then-attorney, Mr. Dave Slater or Mr, Lupoli, had seen the contents of this report, when Bob Atchison provided in our civil lawsuit additional information to our request for interrogatories and production of documents, he would continue to lie about Mike Newson and about John Lupoli. You have to understand as I stated above, Bob Atchison was under a legal obligation to disclose what he had told to the Austin Police Department and to any other law enforcement agency during this specific time. It is called the Rule of Discovery and we were very specific as the court record shows, we asked for this information and he concealed it and by concealing it, it actually harmed me and altered my life.

At any point in the telling of his Lupoli Lie, Bob Atchison could have simply ceased and desist but he did not. He perpetuated his lie because it had garnered him sympathy, I was seen as being this bad person who tried to hire someone to kill him because I couldn't take the heat of his lawsuit. That is one of several egregious lies told by this monster. I was winning in my lawsuit he was not. He resented that he was being forced to do things that he didn't want to do. 

On June 24, 2004, one day prior to the Austin Police Department not prosecuting me for a crime I didn't commit, Bob Atchison sends a communication to my companies web host providers lying of course and with the intent that this website provider (M6) would just believe his lies remove my sites offline. 

I had been told by Bob Atchison that the police had contacted him and told him that I had tried to hire Mr. Lupoli to kill him so many different stories he told about the Lupoli Lie all of which caused me to freak out. Any normal person would freak out if someone was lying and saying that you did something that you didn't. Obviously, he was at the same time lying to Mr. Lupoli using him as a mark to perpetuate his lies and I was defending myself against those lies. 

On June 24, 2004, Mr. Lupoli sends M6 a letter of which contained numerous lies, including but not limited to the fact that Sarskaia did not have a forum. It contained nothing about the Lupoli Lie Bob Atchison created but my personal website and forum did in fact state that at no time did I ever hire any person to kill anybody lest of all Bob Atchison. Mr. Lupoli was mad at the time because I was calling everyone including the DoD and others and had said his company did not do any work for Enigma Films. He teamed up with Bob Atchison whose web design company actually did work on one of three then existing websites that he owned or had control of. 

The above letter is evidence in the Texas case and of course, there is no blurring or removal of words it is in its pristine condition of which was forwarded to me by M6. Bob Atchison and his now-husband wrote several letters to M6 demanding that the company remove my site's offline. It was okay that they were writing lies about me and interfering with my legal rights not to mention, the numerous lies Bob Atchison told to law enforcement about his Lupoli Lie and other lies. 

The below is a letter Bob Atchison sent to Author/Historian Peter Kurth, who happens to be a friend of mine. In this letter you can see how he manipulates people, people who he calls friends, he tells Peter many lies. One of the lies is that he did not know who LABloodhound was when in fact he did, first, it was him, then his now-husband took over. Bob Atchison placed secret links which were invisible on his history website that when the person rolled their mouse over it, they were directed to this second libelous site that Pallasart created. Rob Moshein took over the ownership. The IP to this specific site was a dedicated IP to Bob Atchison's web design company. 

This letter is an important piece of evidence against Bob Atchison, by this time from his home in Austin, he had crossed state lines and contacted the Irvine Police Department. He talked with Retired John Coltrane and told him his Lupoli Lie also he told more lies he wanted that department to go after me for a crime I did not commit in Russia against Father Markell. He told this police officer the lie that I had obtained a loan from JP Morgan in Moscow and that Father Markell had put his house up as collateral. It is a loan that never existed except in the dark abyss of a pathological liar. Father Markell did not sign any loan agreements, he did not lose his home, yet this horrible monster said he had. 

When the Irvine Police Department said that they would do nothing with respect to his Lupoli Lie and other lies he then contacted the LAPD in Northridge and spoke with Detective Sherry. She also declined to do anything. He then contacted the Santa Monica Police Department who investigated his lies including but not limited to the fact I learned through their report that I was being falsely accused of wanting to funnel money into Russia by obtaining a ground pass into the United Nations. He perpetuated his lies.

His friends all rallied around him because they were manipulated by his lies that I had really attempted to hire Mr. Lupoli to kill him in order to end his lawsuit. It was madness. I had a legal right to the 6-17-2004 Austin Police Report and the right to call as witnesses the officers and so many other legal things all of which were denied to me because Bob Atchison concealed what exactly he had said. Had I had this report, Bob Atchison's lawsuit would have been tossed to the curb as it named the wrong defendant and plaintiff, it should have been in the name of our respective companies. Next, he would have been arrested, charged, and convicted for amongst other things lying to law enforcement and to the court. 

I filed a criminal complaint on him with the FBI as he crossed state lines and the jurisdiction lies with Texas. He has lied over and over and over to law enforcement and done many things in order to harm me and he did harm me. What he did to my Mother is shocking, he concocted a scheme that involved her and he did this because he got mad that I was not in court. He had paid someone to be at court and I wasn't there, I didn't have to be there but he got mad especially when he heard that my attorney told the court my mother was dying of cancer. He picked up a phone from Austin and contacted California and told them his lies, his narrative and he concocted a scheme of which he was for certain would put me in jail.

Any person who says that Bob Atchison is an honorable human being is bonkers as he is a horrible person who lied to law enforcement and to the US State Department (his emails to them are on file with the Texas Court) he has lied to the Russian Government in an attempt to harm and or cause harm to me. 

I am not a Saint. I am a Sinner. I am an American and this country provides people like me with second and third chances. I had a legal right to do business, to live, but Bob Atchison and Rob Moshien inserted themselves in my life, contacted people, just to harm me so that no one would want to do business with me. These two men created more than a dozen libelous sites and have created more than a dozen online personas and used them in order to harm me. The virtual internet in the hands of Bob Atchison and his now-husband became a lethal weapon. It has been used as a weapon of massive personal destruction of my life. These cyberstalkers are willing to invest money, countless hours which turned into days, months, and years in destroying every aspect of my life, my self-worth, my credibility, they have threatened to harm not only me but others connected to me and they've done all this from behind a laptop or desktop. They have hammered me with unwanted vicious and disgusting web posts and I have tried to ignore them but ignoring them only exacerbates their behavior in not stopping it, the stress and anxiety have been overwhelming and unbearable as I endure day after day and year after year their vicious relentless torments. I have been physically assaulted, threatened to be murdered, my home to be burned to the ground, harassed, insulted, surveilled, photographed, videotaped, defamed, and humiliated to such a degree as to shock the conscience of any normal person. I have been subjected to numerous, aggressive attempts to intimidate me. Each of them has participated enthusiastically in this abuse, without regard to my basic rights as a human being. I have been targeted at home, my friends have been targeted, I have been targeted anywhere else that I happen to be. I live in fear and in a virtual prison what they've done and continue to do to me is tantamount to an aggravated and perverse form of mental assault. Although I am joined by many victims, my situation is unique in its severity, in its intensity, and the sheer volume and relentlessness of the attacks. If this story were fiction the reader, would have to suspend disbelief over the course of reading it. In truth, it is all too real, beginning with my first trip to Russia to the twisted mind of a recidivist predator whose violence infiltrates every waking moment of my life.  When you read my responses to the numerous web postings made by these predators it offers a detailed education on this horrendous crime.

My legal rights to privacy as well as my children's rights have been violated by both of these two men. Again, what Bob did to my mother who only had weeks to live, once he found out that she was really dying, he should have left her alone. No, not him, he paid someone to tell her and my family his lies and he prepared documents for her to sign, he sent them from his computer within his home to Michigan. He and his spouse wrote that I did not have a legal right to know that the State of California had sent someone to my Mother's home. I did have the legal right and the DA said in court he knew nothing about the documents that were prepared by Bob Atchison for my mother and brother to sign. My mother was legally incompetent to sign any documents under the laws governing Michigan, This act of his is a persistent course of conduct that goes all the way back to my living in Russia, it "is a course of conduct" means a persistent pattern of conduct, composed of a series of acts over time, that shows a continuity of purpose, It is to harm me and or cause harm. 

I want people to understand that Bob Atchison falsely accused me of a capital offense in the solicitation of a murder for hire. I never solicited any person lest of all Mr. Lupolil and he never called Bob Atchison on 6-17-2004. Yet, he told the Austin Police the lie that Mr. Lupoli had called him that morning and told him that I had tried to hire him to murder Bob. His phone records as you can see show that `no, Mr. Lupoli, did not call him. His hatred of me and I need to include his now-husband, Rob Moshein, is intense, that Bob was willing to create a scheme of which he thought would end the lawsuit and put me in jail. Up to that point, he had attempted to get a foreign government to arrest me while I was living in Russia by telling a series of lies amongst other things he said I was a fugitive. I was not. His now spouse attempted to have me harmed by a foreign government when he published his demands on a Russian government website about me. He created an online persona and published my US Social Security number and demanded that this foreign government do as he instructed it. 

The solicitation of a Murder for Hire is a capital offense. Years later, Bob Atchison would lie again, over and over to different law enforcement agencies as well as government entities. He would continue to try to have me falsely arrested for something he said he knew to be true. He manipulated his friends with his lies and those lies made people angry and some of them also contacted law enforcement and repeated his lies. Either he or his now spouse created an online persona called Blake Springpasture, who with others bullied, threatened, and intimidated an expert witness that cost me $5000. They sent their narrative of what a God-awful person I was and dared my witness to proceed to testify at a Bill of Review hearing if he did they threatened to sue him. 

None of this would have happened had I only known about the contents of the 6-17-2004 Austin Police report back in 2004. Bob Atchison would have been arrested, his case thrown out, he would have been charged with a crime (s) and would have been convicted.  His lies, deceptions, concealing the truth, denied me my legal right to a fair trial under Texas law, he lied, and he didn't care. He didn't care what he had done to my mother, he didn't care that she was dying of cancer. He wanted her to know before she died his lies. He is a despicable human being!!
